It’s been a whirlwind of 2024!
I launched the latest part of my Wild Scotland collection in January at the Scottish Trade show in Glasgow- my very first!
It was rather daunting but meeting buyers and seeing their excitement about my kits allayed my nerves.
Many buyers were taken with Archibald the Puffin and Loch Nessie. Oddly these were the last 2 patterns I designed. I really didn’t know how they would be received, so I was pleasantly surprised.
The latest instalment focuses more on coastal themes of Scotland- I really need to seen more time touring my our country for future inspiration.
Adjusting to not only designing but the administration of larger wholesale orders and the labour involved in kit building has meant copious amounts of tea, biscuits and patience from my loved ones has been needed.
I’m very lucky to have a great support team, always happy to offer blunt and honest opinions on my designs and decisions.
